The deadline for registering online is September 20th at 7pm EST; after that, the online form will be disabled and you will need to register at the door.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
If you take a workshop, you must also be registered for the convention the day the workshop is offered.
Some workshops conflict with each other; please double-check your schedule before you register.
Please subscribe to our newsletter so that you stay up-to-date on programming changes, hotel deadlines, etc. You may miss important information otherwise.
If we cancel a workshop you've registered for, we will refund 100% of your money if you don't want to use the money to pay for a different workshop.
If you can't attend a workshop you've registered for, please send an email to email@example.com to let us know as soon as possible.
If you must cancel your registration or bow out of a workshop, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can either roll your fees over as credits for 2014, or we will refund your money minus a 10% admin fee provided you notify us by September 10th, 2013. Money paid by PayPal will be refunded by PayPal; money paid by check will be refunded by check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
If you cancel after September 10th, we can still roll 100% of your money over as credit for the 2014 convention, but we cannot issue a refund. The deadline for notifying us is September 27th at 5pm.
