Full-weekend registration will be $50 at the door. Single day registrations are available: $20 for Friday, $35 for Saturday, $15 for Sunday.
Online registration is closed; you can register at the convention.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
If you don't want to submit payment online, you can print your filled-out form and mail it in (see the form for our address).
If you mail in in your form, and if you're signing up for a writing workshop or ad or anything else in limited supply, please send an email to contextsf[at]gmail.com so we save a spot for you. If you don't do this, you might not get what you want.
If you take a workshop, you must also be registered for the convention the day the workshop is offered.
Some workshops conflict with each other; please double-check your schedule before you register.
Please subscribe to our newsletter so that you stay up-to-date on programming changes, hotel deadlines, etc. You may miss important information otherwise.
If we cancel a workshop you've registered for, we will refund 100% of your money if you don't want to use the money to pay for a different workshop.
If you can't attend a workshop you've registered for, pleasesend an email to contextsf[at]gmail.com to let us know as soon as possible.
If you must cancel your registration or bow out of a workshop, please send an email to contextsf[at]gmail.com. We can either roll your fees over as credits for 2009, or we will refund your money minus a 10% admin fee provided you notify us by September 5, 2008. Money paid by PayPal will be refunded by PayPal; money paid by check will be refunded by check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
If you cancel after Sept. 5th, we can still roll 100% of your money over as credit for the 2009 convention, but we cannot issue a refund. The deadline for notifying us is Sept. 26th at 5pm.
