Room Raffle

This year, we are raffling off a two room suite at the hotel!

The winner of the raffle will receive their choice of a smoking or nonsmoking one king bed in a 2-room suite with sofa bed.

The cost for the raffle tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00. Once we have received your payment, we will email you with a confirmation and the ticket stub number(s). One ticket will be put into the drawing; the other will be saved with your name and registration information. The drawing will be held in advance of the conference dates, so you may cancel your room reservation, and Context will make arrangements for the suite reservation for you.

You can use our online form to pay for your raffle ticket(s) along with your registration and/or workshops.

Additional Hotel Information

The Doubletree Hotel offers complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access in guest rooms and public areas.

There are a vast number of restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel; here are a few we've tried and enjoyed:

In the same strip as the Lotus Grill and Sushi Ko, there are a Panera Bread and Chipotle and a BW3. Across from El Acapulo, there is a Bob Evans. If you've got money to spend, there are some high-end steakhouses nearby: Hyde Park and Ruth's Chris.

And just a short walk past Lotus Grill and Sushi Ko, you'll find the 17-screen Marcus Cinema.

You can use our online form to pay for your registration and/or workshops.
