What is Context?

Context is a friendly convention focused on speculative fiction literature and related games, comics and films.

If you enjoy manga, anime, science fiction, fantasy, or horror, you'll find plenty to entertain you at this convention.

Tanya Huff and Brian Keene are our main GoHs; there will be many other guests.

When/Where Is It?

Context will be held September 26-28, 2008 in Columbus, Ohio, at The Ramada Plaza Hotel & Conference Center.

Context Con Suite



Are you sick of chips & soda as the main, and only, items available in a con suite? If so, the Context Con Suite is for you.

We have salsas, hummus, chocolate, veggies, breads, cheeses, coffee, and other excellent consumables. There is no truth to the rumor that our hot sauces need an EPA permit. (Getting one was entirely voluntary.) We also offer a nice place to sit down and talk. By the way, we also have chips & soda, for the traditionalists.

If you want anything special, let us know. We may not be able to provide it, but we will definitely think about it.
